Although this post may be long I intend to cover fully my perspective regarding the "hackusations", bandi cam issues and fallout with mindtr!x.
Before the match ever took place we(mindtr!x) had been playing the scheduled map Port almost religiously over the past week, needless to say I had learned everything about the map, including players tendencies on how the play the map. Many of which similar to how I play Port. Before the match throughout scrims we were playing I was preforming fairly well throughout the day so naturally I was excited for the match. How ever when the match started over the first couple rounds I was not living up to expectations and felt I was letting my team down. At this point I knew I had to change the way I was playing and pick it up. After I collected myself from a rocky first couple of rounds, everything after that seemed to fall into place. It was just one of those games where everything goes your way. Your shots hit, nades are spot on etc. Although luck is a bad excuse for being hackusated that is what it comes down to, everything went right for me and it felt good. I feel I should still share my though process behind the very controversial nade behind the mid box. I too would of thought cheats on that play had I not known what was going through my mind, and it was simply this. Over the first rounds no sniper had played mid, so it became my belief that surreal was using a rifler to do so. After seeing the deep smoke I assumed that the rifler mid would use that to push up. When mid in port there is 3 spots one can play. A connector, under BL bridge and finally behind the box I naded. After not hearing anyone under BL bridge that leaves 2 spots where the rifle could play. So I tossed the nade and turned out my hunch was correct. This led to the snowball of events that went my way as I mentioned before.
Regarding the issues with bandi cam, there is really a simple explanation to the fact. My bandi cam version was not full, so only 10 minutes recording could take place. This lead to me having to make several different videos of the match. A combined usage of over 1.5 GB. Meaning these would take hours upon hours to upload and I simply do not have the patience to do so. So an Admin at the time came on mumble and teamviewed the files. He saw nothing out of the ordinary and specifically said I no longer had to keep them. So they were then deleted. Unknowingly to me, the Admin was extremely biassed against surreal this then led to controversary between the teams. Nothing I can do on the matter when an Admin specifically indicates that I no longer need the files everything is fine. Had I been aware that the Admin was corrupt in his decision I would of saved and taken the time to upload for your viewing pleasure. How ever that was not the case, therefore leading to more suspicion against me.
After the whole situation, me and members of mindtr!x had a discussion on the events that had taken place. However views were differed, regardless of how calm and reasonable they were things were unable to work out for disclosed reasons. In conclusion I perfectly understand the situation that surrounds me and know exactly how it looks. I guess there is no real way to prove that no cheating took place beside the bandi's but those are long gone so think what you want about it. I can say however no cheating ever took place wither you choose to believe it or not. At this point I want to make a formal apology to surreal regarding the events, I ensure that the files would of been uploaded had I known the biased of the Admin. I would also like to apologize to all the members of mindtr!x for the way things fell out but also thank them for the opportunity they gave me to play with them. They handled the situation with great respect but unfortunetly we did not see eye to eye. I can only say what I know to has happened which is no cheating of any kind took place. I feel this was needed in order to clear things up from my point of view.

Prescoping mid on Port
how blatant! I can't believe someone does that! A box on port near ladder you can see name tags through so why not look. Half of that video is just putting a caption of calls my team makes on mumble. "Oh he is going a connect" Humbull is sitting on bridge watching him go there rofl. And the fact you just take random clips of me standing still and say "turning on cheats" is so dumb, half of it is just re adjusting mouse, eating food, talking to family etc. 3:53, I like how you take out of context of the replay, when I watchi him come through doors. So if listening to calls on mumble of where they are or what angles to hold and prescoping is a cheating, yea got me. I'm flattered I truly am. -

It was obvious blatant cheating!! Where is the Bandicam?!! Proof, someone teamview this noob and use software that recovers recently deleted files. Gettem Ouutttaaaa Heyyyaaaa!!!! -
You said you deleted the bandi, so as youre using Windows, couldnt you simply Restore it from Recycle Bin?
I fully deleted all my bandi's from the whole week nearly 10 GB of recording, still takes up space in recycle bin so emptied it. I used space to re install D3. -

An Admin came on to do so. He found no evidence to support your claims. Before he left he said I would no longer need the files, therefore I deleted them. And if you call pre-scoping obvious spots and listening to our shot caller "blatant cheating" I should of been banned years ago. -
Sorry, mindtr!x DQ. Disputes should be done. You've all said what needs to be said. I apologize for the huge confusion between teams and admins. Surreal is requesting a DQ, due to 48 hours of unable to upload. This may seem unfair to mindtr!x, but again I apologize, because surreal doesn't want a RM. So Surreal will move on.

It is only natural that people involved share their opinions. I didn't think I would need to say anything on the matter since everything was settled. I just want to clear a few things, however.
We aren't condoning cheating and neither did we have an idea until that day of scrimming. After a trustworthy person brought it up after a scrim vs them, I decided to look into it further myself with 2 other team members. After some time, it was the consensus that he was cheating so I decided to have a talk with him to see if we could come to a certain agreement. Things didn't go as planned so we obviously went our own ways.
I just want to make sure people understand that I really believe he was the only one cheating and JUST that day. I do not believe there is a reason for people to go around degrading our name as if all of us have been cheating since forever. To be very frank, we aren't worried much about the results of this tournament for various reasons including sluggish mngmnt. We're just trying to enjoy the game as much as the next person without causing any issues for other teams. If, however, you still want to DQ us from the tourament instead of just handing us the loss for this 1 match, be my guest.
Hopefully the air has been cleared and we can all move on. -
