Surreal against Philippines surreal won - we tied 1st game then we had to do 5 rounds.

Okay, regarding to DreamWorks bandicam issue, whether of deciding to upload or teamview. I would like to contribute my thought as of considering the factor of your opponents opinion. Because "THEY" want to see if you cheat, since this was a huge problem with Surreal and mindtr!x. If we teamview you, whether it's me or any other admin, and the opposing team still disputes we can't help that. The best recommendation I would advise right now is to, 1) Let me teamview you and approve of "cheats free" game, 2) Consult with the opposite team and let them teamview if they dispute admins "helping them" (similar to last dispute between mindtr!x and surreal), 3) As a last resort upload to youtube. I hope this helps clear some issues, and if it doesn't then I apologize.

Are you trying to imply he "ACTUALLY" has armor, but he simply photoshopped it and made the AC to "0".. If that's what you're trying to get at, then what do you suggest we do about it? We can't prove that it's a "photoshopped" picture. Besides, it is possible to lower someone to 12 hp without a headshot in the head with AC. I'm sorry, unless you have some valid proof and/or evidence that this screenshot is invalid then he has no armor. -

He wasn't saying Anthony photoshopped anything lol, he was just saying it's possible that Anthony was hit enough times that the armor was at 0 (not saying he did do that, just pointing it out) -

Oh, my bad. I'm not entirely sure how armor works considering I've never used it. So I apologize to Breakout for misunderstanding. That could be a possibility. Thanks for clarifying my mistake. -
Members of agnBREAKOUT are still awaiting for the bandi upload. To check for the armour and etc... (Just telling you what my team mates want) Also the 48hr period is almost up...
Okay, Raymond. So please consult with prime, and either teamview or upload. Please consider the fact their bandis are a few gigabytes it takes time, so I'm giving them extra 24 hours. I would highly recommend and suggest to teamview. In the ultimate decision agnBREAKOUT does have the right to ask them to upload, but please try to make this fair to prime and don't make a huge controversy like surreal vs. mindtr!x.

Why not just have them compress the files with a video program like Windows Movie Maker or Sony Vegas? -

Screen capture must be started before the game goes live (in the lobby).
Screen capture will consist of using a capture program (fraps/growler/bandicam/camstudio/etc.) at a minimum of 10 fps.
Quality must be of acceptable level so that details can be made out.
If using an external capture device, the whole screen must be captured, not just the area around the crosshair (HP/AC, Minimap, Crosshair, and the rest of the screen must be visible).
Anticheat:
-Everyone needs to bandi their FULL match.
-Any disputes are to be said on the Report Thread and the deadline to dispute is 2 hours after the match.
-If a player disputes the other team or player then that player needs to upload his bandi in the 48 hours after their match is done.
-If the player from that team does not upload bandi then the whole TEAM is DQed from the tourney.
No where does that say I have to record sound, and if he's concerned about me smurfing, he can wait til my teammates upload and they can he everything in their bandi's. Sorry that I lag when I record.. My bandicams have always been at that settings those, low quality and stuff, and it's on my youtube, so.. -
