Run a tournament correctly before throwing around your powers because you make yourself look like an idiot. And if that's not enough proof that I signed us up first i'll just go to the first thread he made. -

Okay, relating to the surreal vs. mindtr!x controversy. I apologize for the misunderstandings and troubles. From my knowledge and how "informed" I am, I believe surreal is disputing due to Zilla's and RiVve's "blatant" gameplay. From their they contacted,Carlos, an admin to check their bandis with teamview (that was asked by surreal). Then they pm'd be to tell them to upload ( because they didn't "trust" Carloss), BUT 15 minutes before, they were "Okay'd" by Carloss, they deleted the bandi replays. Now the rules say that if you're unable to upload in 48 hours due to opponent request, you will be DQ'd. Most people will argue that it was surreals fault for asking teamview first, but rules are rules. If you guys can get to an agreement for a RM, that would be very helpful, and an easy solution.

Okay, I apologize, because it seems as though it's not fair to you guys. But I strongly recommend a rematch between you guys, for fair gameplay. This is a tournament to see who's good, not a tournament to see who can make the most "biased" disputes (mainly toward surreal), but if surreal wants a DQ, then be it.... -

After the events that took place throughout last night according the match between Mindtr!x vs surreal, I feel that I should share my point of view on the situation. Although this post may be long I intend to cover fully my perspective regarding the "hackusations", bandi cam issues and fallout with mindtr!x.
Before the match ever took place we(mindtr!x) had been playing the scheduled map Port almost religiously over the past week, needless to say I had learned everything about the map, including players tendencies on how the play the map. Many of which similar to how I play Port. Before the match throughout scrims we were playing I was preforming fairly well throughout the day so naturally I was excited for the match. How ever when the match started over the first couple rounds I was not living up to expectations and felt I was letting my team down. At this point I knew I had to change the way I was playing and pick it up. After I collected myself from a rocky first couple of rounds, everything after that seemed to fall into place. It was just one of those games where everything goes your way. Your shots hit, nades are spot on etc. Although luck is a bad excuse for being hackusated that is what it comes down to, everything went right for me and it felt good. I feel I should still share my though process behind the very controversial nade behind the mid box. I too would of thought cheats on that play had I not known what was going through my mind, and it was simply this. Over the first rounds no sniper had played mid, so it became my belief that surreal was using a rifler to do so. After seeing the deep smoke I assumed that the rifler mid would use that to push up. When mid in port there is 3 spots one can play. A connector, under BL bridge and finally behind the box I naded. After not hearing anyone under BL bridge that leaves 2 spots where the rifle could play. So I tossed the nade and turned out my hunch was correct. This led to the snowball of events that went my way as I mentioned before.
Regarding the issues with bandi cam, there is really a simple explanation to the fact. My bandi cam version was not full, so only 10 minutes recording could take place. This lead to me having to make several different videos of the match. A combined usage of over 1.5 GB. Meaning these would take hours upon hours to upload and I simply do not have the patience to do so. So an Admin at the time came on mumble and teamviewed the files. He saw nothing out of the ordinary and specifically said I no longer had to keep them. So they were then deleted. Unknowingly to me, the Admin was extremely biassed against surreal this then led to controversary between the teams. Nothing I can do on the matter when an Admin specifically indicates that I no longer need the files everything is fine. Had I been aware that the Admin was corrupt in his decision I would of saved and taken the time to upload for your viewing pleasure. How ever that was not the case, therefore leading to more suspicion against me.
After the whole situation, me and members of mindtr!x had a discussion on the events that had taken place. However views were differed, regardless of how calm and reasonable they were things were unable to work out for disclosed reasons. In conclusion I perfectly understand the situation that surrounds me and know exactly how it looks. I guess there is no real way to prove that no cheating took place beside the bandi's but those are long gone so think what you want about it. I can say however no cheating ever took place wither you choose to believe it or not. At this point I want to make a formal apology to surreal regarding the events, I ensure that the files would of been uploaded had I known the biased of the Admin. I would also like to apologize to all the members of mindtr!x for the way things fell out but also thank them for the opportunity they gave me to play with them. They handled the situation with great respect but unfortunetly we did not see eye to eye. I can only say what I know to has happened which is no cheating of any kind took place. I feel this was needed in order to clear things up from my point of view. -

It was not my decision to leave the team, after talking with humbull things unfortunetly did not work out. So saving time I left so he did not have to cut. If he chooses to share our conversation that is his decision not mine to make, regardless there is no hard feelings between me or him. I understand where he is coming from and know what had to be done. I have no hate or anger of any kind towards any member of the team and hope none is towards me after the events of last night. -
