A) Why their changing the rules that have been in place for 3 years.
Why their doing it a month before the lan
C) Why Denxi is the one making the rules. He's been here for years but has never made a name for himself as a competitive player.

Why would you have guns that give unfair advantages in box reg?
This is one of the most failed gun lists I have ever scene in a competitive setting, but a LAN? come on now.. -
There is a limit of one full-wallbang damage rifle per team. These rifles have been marked with a asterisk (*). Any team who begins a round with more than one marked gun will forfeit the round (Please note, this also means a team CANNOT start with, for example, an XM8 as well as a G36K at the same time). Picking up the opposing team's full-wallbang damage rifle is LEGAL, even if your own team's full-wallbang damage rifle is still in play.
I laughed at the Frost Gaming wall bang rule..... 1 wall bang per team is still stupid, just saying. I think someone needs to remake the lan rules -

Deagle is FAR better than a Mateba, no reason to not allow it.
If someone frags on you with an RPK I recommend that you stop playing.
I agree to some point with the SL. It's not OP, but it is better than an M4.
Box reg guns (MP5) have always been allowed in tournaments and such, why cry now? Not to mention the fact that the G36K and Type 89 are not good at all. The XM8 makes the game much more interesting, instead of having people with no shot camping behind every damn box to get frags, they'll have to actually face off with you, or else get annihilated. It's not like there's going to be an entire team of people spraying through doors, there's only one wall-bang weapon allowed per team. -

Don't be stupid please - the sample size is way too small for that argument. Talk when n>15 at LEAST.

The rules are the way they have been since the inception of competitive crossfire for a reason. There is no need to rock the boat, ESPECIALLY RIGHT BEFORE WE'RE ABOUT TO HOST THE FIRST CROSSFIRE LAN.Eh, I don't see any harm in allowing the special skinned weapons or odd ones like the Winchester, etc.
Making the gun pool too small is a bad thing. Look at CA. The only gun that really gets play is the G36.

Variety is the spice of life.My point was LAN rules should be different from Tournament rules.
Why? A LAN is basically a short tournament with everyone at the same place, not at home. -

I post because if there is another lan next summer/fall I will most likely be going as my team will be playing CF for WCG. I don't want future events ruined by the incompetence of pubbers who decided posting in a separate forum section made them special. -

The scarlight was arbitrarily banned for WOGL Launch by bruce. VSGL allowed the scarlight and it wasn't even the most popular gun.
