If you want to change your IGN to one that has been taken but inactive for over a year, use this short simple guide basicially using the methods that I used

Start by the webform:
http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx

Choose: Crossfire --> Technical Support

You can use the message I sent, just tweak it to your preferences:

I was wondering if it was possible to change my IGN to an IGN that has already been taken, but hasn't been active since (insert year here). Is it in any way possible for me to change my IGN to it?


This is how it went with me:

Me: I was wondering if it was possible to change my IGN to an IGN that has already been taken, but hasn''t been active since 2010. Is it in any way possible for me to change my IGN to it?

Reply: Hello,

What is the IGN that you were inquiring about?

(This is where you want to put the IGN and then a link to the IGN)

Reply: Hello,

We can change your IGN to the one you requested, but you must purchase a Change Call Name. Once it has been purchased, please change your name to a random set of characters and reply back to this ticket once it has been completed. At that point we will change your IGN to "AnDrEw".
