I got a lot of recruits because I recruited anyone who had the passion for CF and whichever mode.
Then I help them get better and bam, they are loyal AND decent. If you want to keep your w/l high just don't let them CW till they get better. Of course my clan is a SnD clan so it doesn't work out too well.
Most of my clan mates were rookies, barely high enough level to join a clan. But now most of them are butter bar ranked and extremely loyal because they have been with me for ages. -

Deadline for vetoing on clan logo is up now.
From forum posts and asking clan mates in game the most popular option by a good margin was to keep it the same, so the clan mark won't be changed.
