Is the clan dying or something?Well alot of members are frustrated because when they are on no one else really is because we all get on at different times and we don't have many members in the first place.
^This and that people are inactive at the same time as others. This was how React. died. >.> -
Main problem is that in order to get active players we need to have active players.
It very hard to get a clan active again if it becomes inactive because very few want to join a clan that isn't active.
Another problem is that only a very small percent of the player base qualify to join us, nearly all the active players that could join are already in other clans. Only thing we can do is either all become more active or lower the recruitment requirements even further (and I already lowered them in the first place to get recruits already). -
Hes not lieing, running a clan is usually hard. (My first time running one went down in flames).
It only looking easy for us because my policies are designed to keep trouble away.
We should adopt an anti-unicorn policy. I think it would double our numbers xD -
