My mic was broken at that time and They replaced me because i did not have mic. I played with my team to semi-finals and thats when they replaced me

I am bewildered how no competitor can offer some meaningful mature critique to help make a draft better. Which would lead into some deep, meaningful discussion on drafts in general within Crossfire and to discuss what steps to take to progress it forward.
Then again, I'm not a competitive player, and probably therefore unaccustomed to your unusual ways. -

The only people who say anything negative about this draft, are the ones who have caused problems by cheating, trash talking admins and other players, and posting dumb threads. We have tried to hold community meetings and the people who show up, are the ones who enjoy the draft.

The answer is simple. Z8Games should buy out Myanticheat with the heaps of money it makes from zp-buying br's and then hand it out for free to every league/draft and help manage it alongside! Yay everybody wins haha. Let those who doubt it works cry in their corner. I mean, seriously, when has there ever been a patch after which you don't see cheaters within 5 minutes. It just feels like you're wasting money on xtrap. Maybe Z8games could optimize myanticheat, and somehow integrate it to take place of xtrap (IF that is possible).
As for this thread, I'm assuming they kicked him from the team since they didn't want him. Well, if your entire team doesn't want you, there's no chemistry and there's a very reasonable chance you could be put off for someone else. I guess that's a risk you take when you enter a draft? I think not having a mic is enough reason to be kicked, as it kind of loses the whole purpose of being in the draft and communicating.
I didn't participate in the draft so I can't personally say how it was. -
My insight for your draft -
1) Whatever you're using for an AC, use it every round. CHECK IT. If the thing is putting out screenshots that you can check, you better be checking them. I don't really know how UAC works, I haven't looked at it since UAC2.
2) If you want the draft to start at 9:00PM EST, rule of thumb is to require people to show up 30 minutes before in order to start the selection process. Request people to show up at 8:30PM and start the selection at 8:45PM.
3) You should allow team captains to choose their team. All 4 players. However, in order to help combat stacking you run the selection in an ascending/descending order. For example, if you have 12 teams the picks should go: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 and then 12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and so forth. You give the captain 10 seconds to pick a player or you skip and go to the next team. It's not your fault if they can't make up their mind. Do not delay the picks. If they take more than 10 seconds, move on. They get whatever is left at the end. Plain and simple.
4) If the draft starts at 9:00PM EST, then that is the cutoff time for players to come in for team selection. Anyone after that goes into the waiting room in case someone drops out and a team needs a replacement.
5) Don't be afraid to enforce your rules. You will always have haters who don't like to follow rules and will give you a hard time. It's normal and it's expected. Put your big boy pants on and just deal with it. It's going to happen whether you want it to or not. Enforce your rules. Period. No excuses.
Running drafts is not as easy as it seems. If you as the draft organizers allow your players to dictate the way the draft goes, then you're doing it wrong. You guys are supposed to be the draft organizers. Run your schedule, your rules and don't settle for anything less. If someone is screwing around and won't follow rules, kick them out of the draft. It's that simple. You can be professional and still enforce your rules. -
