New Patch: My Thoughts

Since sticky threads tend to attract spammers and Brazilians who don't understand the rule about posting in English only.

Well, I must say that the developers really delivered for the most part this patch. Not nearly as fail as the last big patch (and most people seem to agree). I'll go over each aspect of the patch, and my opinions on them.

New Character: SIA/MOS looks a lot less middle-aged/creepy than in other versions of CrossFire.
New GP Crate: Well, the developers listened to us. They added the new GP crate we've been asking for, but it's a re-skin of a gun that's not even that good in the first place--a noble trolling effort, if I do say so myself.
New ZP Crate: Sigh. Every friggin' patch, the developers decide we need more ZP crates (especially limited ones, as of late). I'm not much of a fan of the SL, so I'm not very happy about this crate, even if it's limited.
New Melee Weapon: From what I've observed so far, the Kukri seems a bit overpowered. I won't know for sure until I buy one myself (once ZP depositing starts working again), but hey--new melee weapons are always welcome in my mind.
New Map: It seems to have a high novelty value on the surface. Note I said novelty value; I feel like it may get old fast.
New Easter Items: Same holiday ZP/GP temporary items they add most holidays.
Shooting Range: A much-needed feature, finally implemented into our version of CF. The only problem is that new, non-reskinned guns aren't released all that often for the Item Shop, so its purpose is somewhat limited.
Bug Fixes: Some good, some bad. Mainly good, though.
Additional Damage Zone In Excavation: I don't play HM/MM, so no comment.
+5% GP Labels Re-Added: I actually thought the GP bonus was gone, so these clear my confusion up.

Overall rating: 7.5/10. Most elements of the patch have their good and bad sides, but I believe the good outweighs the bad this time around. Leave your comments on the new patch below, and please, try to keep it intelligent-sounding and contributive.
