You were not unfairly banned. Simply getting the "hack has been detected" will not ban you unless you are actually running a hack.

Hey I was banned on my account for 3 or 7 days in December but I've never used hack! I asked for a motivation for that bann but i havent received anyone answer... I require a good answer because I want to run for taking this new ribbon! (never used hacks) sry for bad english

The people complaining about not getting the prize because you hacked, you have no right to complain; it is the legit players who have to complain. No body gives a damn for you "reasons".

I hacked a long time ago. Yet I've spent a shet load on this game and I'm still not eligible for this event. Yeah yeah, I hacked. Didn't even play with it. And that was one time well over half a year ago. I was a damn staff sergeant for christsake. How am I not supposed to be tempted to try it when there are hackers in 7/10 rooms in Alpha and Bravo. This event ****es me off because I'm a very active player who is legit. I shouldn't be excluded from this because of what happened that long ago. Sure I broke the rules, a lot of people do. I stopped a long time ago, I play actively, and I put money into the game. Will I ever be forgiven? Is this issue that black and white to Z8Games or who ever decided that rule? Bleh, I don't even know what I'm saying anymore. Its just 2 days of 4x exp and 1 ribbon that we may not even get (unless z8games helps us like with the 100M event). So whatever, guess its not a huge deal. oiajfsdofuasdofuasfd. -.-

It's not about "getting kicked". It's about getting banned for hacking. And yes
you can still participate and win the prizes if your account is less than 1 year old, as long as you haven't been banned before.

Just check the event page below and it'll tell you whether you are eligible to win the prizes or not.

no way we have not a chance to get the ribbon do u see the event with the crates we made in 16 hours 100k but we need 35 million and not every player will get the 10 qbz crates because not every will play so much so i only can say fail event
