new to echo servers
Well I'm new to this game but not really. I've been playing this game for almost a week now. But, SOUPNSWOOP told me that echo 8 is a good server for me to try since i like a competition. So im looking for a clan to join. Must be good and active. I won't like a team where I'm on and no one else. I was going to join AON but they are not a clan anymore.
Oh yea, a competitive clan like a team that does 5v5's.
Like I said I'm new to this server and I have not scrimmed yet. I don't know If theres any rules but people said just use m4a1 because it's the only gun i have and USP
Well please consider this. I really wan't to try this out.

Welcome to the competitive side! To be honest, it's probably not as glorious as you want.
Anyways, heres some advice. Download xfire. It's how people on the competitive side commnicate. In addition, make sure you have all of the major VOIP programs installed: mumble, ventrilo, teamspeak, etc. If you don't have a mic, I suggest you pick one up as soon as possible.
Hang out in echo 8. Play some pubs. If you do well, people might want you to try out for their team.
Try ringing for teams and maybe ask some people to tryout.
The competitive side is all about who you know and how you play.
Anyways, goodluck sir. -

best way to learn is to just keep playing there. have patience though, youll find alot of people are simply godlike and you will only ever be bad because they are elite and untouchable in life because they came top in an e8 lobby. enjoy your stay, good luck.
