I think you misunderstood. The two clans with the highest win percentages over the month for GM will go head to head against each other. The winner of that game/games will have their clan awarded with the prize. Not showing up is the same as a forfeit, and the prize would go to the opposing team..
Am I right? -
There's something going on...
- Since the Axe got removed from cps, Saidin said they might do more GM related events.
- There's a mysterious ribbon with a ghost mask in their ribbon database.
- The ribbon looks like a new version of Iron Man but with the ghost mask.
- March is soon and it usually announce 1 big event (2010: March of the Ghost, 2011: Iron Man ribbon).
- Rival Factions bug is fixed...

If they DO show, there's a chance they lose the prize. If they don't, they're guaranteed the win.
This is a pretty good point. We'll look at this and make some changes.
Basically it comes down to this: We do want to see people play some sort of a final match. We do NOT want to see people moan and whine about schedules and who shows and who doesn't show.
The scenario you suggest is likely to happen though so we will make a small change to how the end will happen. -

March of the Ghosts II: Clan Server Ghost Mode Tournament
Matches will run from March 1st to March 31st
In order for your clan to qualify and for matches to count towards your Ghost Mode record, the following requirements must be met for each game.- Your clan must have a minimum of 5 members.
- You must play a minimum of 30 Ghost Mode games (minimum 4 players per side) during the month of March.
- Matches can be played on any ghost mode map for a minimum of a 9 round game (18 rounds for both halves) on the clan server.
- Matches must consist of both halves (leaving before the first half is over will forfeit the match). The match must be at least 10 rounds.
- Win% will be calculated based on the number of wins and losses that meet the qualifying requirements. Note that match ties will count towards the total number of games (affecting win%) but will not count as a win. This is the equivalent of a tie = loss for both sides.
- Win% ties at the end of march will be broken with the number of Match Points the clan has achieved in all modes/games during the month of march.
- Second Tie breaks will be the number of Clan Points the clan achieved in all modes/games during the month of march.
- Players must play a minimum of 10 GM games on the clan server in the month of March to qualify themselves to win the main prizes listed below.
- The top 2 clans with the highest win% will be announced on April 2nd. And they will face off on a single Ghost Mode map on April 6th (or 7th depending on agreed schedule) to determine the winner.
- If a clan fails to show for the final match the original record and win%'s will determine who gets the prize.
- Z8Games reserves the right to review the records, rosters and status of all participating clans for malicious behavior including hacking, and ladder manipulation including 'farming wins', and refuse a prize if deemed appropriate.
- Z8Games reserves the right to change the rules at any time. Any rule changes will be accompanied by an appropriate announcement.
The winning clans will be announced on the website and in forum posts and are expected to communicate with Z8Games. Clans will be contacted via http://support.z8games.com. The Clan leader and all lieutenants will be sent a ticket with the meeting time.

Does farming counts cause a lot of clans will just farm and it is not fair for the clans that actually do play and win -

- Winning Clans will be asked to provide a potential play time on April 6th or April 7th. Z8Games will then determine the play time based on the provided schedules and deliver the schedule to the Clans on April 5th.
- The top 2 clans will then meet on the Clan Server to play a one-game playoff to determine the Ghost Mode Tournament winner.
- Both clans must communicate with Z8Games, if neither do in the allotted time, the original records will stand. If only one clan communicates with Z8Games (or shows up for the match) then they will be declared the winners.
This should help clean that up.
Ends up looking like this: Top 2 are chosen and send letters. They have 2 days to send responses back. Then they must show up at a predetermined time that Z8Games sets. If no one communicates in this time period then we will use the original standings. If only 1 clan communicates in that time period then they will be declared the winner.
That last sentence also applies to showing up for the match. If neither show up then the original standings hold true. If only one clan shows then they will be declared the winner. -

If clan A have 7 members, clan B only have 5 members. Should clan A remove 2 members? And if any error happen to member(s) of 1 side, is it fair to continue the final? -

i would have some questions:
1. as mentioned before if there are less than 8 people in the room at the end the game doesn't count?
but i think this is kind of problematic cause u can doge a lose then if kind of 4 people leave at the end so u never have any lose (u could say its cause disconnect or whatever)
i hope it won't be like that
2. The top 2 clans?
how will they be chosen
kind of u have:
A : 2000 matches 95% win
B : 50 matches 100% win
C : 1000 matches 97.5% win
D : 500 matches 99% win
which 2 will be chosen?
3. u could just do cw against some low skill enemys would not be farming cause it would be a real match and u would have to play but i would not be fair 4 bad team
so u win 100%
and another clan does really try to be fair and does play against real enemys and has just 95%
so would the enemys in the clan matches be included in judgement?
