i have a problem

apologize for the inconvenience, but I have a problem.
I played 30 hours in ghost mode in the month of March is over, the end for about a day, but my problem is to try to claim the ribbon but I do not appear in my account in the clan. I do? help!

Well they did say they were closed until event was over.. I was just assuming that he meant joining Contagion for event.

What happened with the silent soldier ribbon, I finished playing Ghost Mode on 30/3/2012 around 17:00 0 GMT (Ireland) and it showed me I had 30 hours and 8 minutes played of ghost mode in march, after an hour, i went to check again, then it said congratulations on completing the event or something then it said log in crossfire to receive your price, well I kept waiting for the ribbon to show up on my profile, I went to sleep was thinking the ribbon would be there by the morning, but not, i woke up at 11:35 and checked my profile, the ribbon for 100k kills I got on the same day was there, but the silent ribbon was not that's really sad for me as I was working hard for it Please check something, Maybe it was your mistake or something. and They say it's Complete But i should wait 24 hour To Recevie my Rippon
Now i Checked up My Rippons in Clan and i hadn't Recevie It

Silent soldier ribbon!

I completed the 30 hour yesterday night (22:30).I went to z8games to see the event page,and I saw,I completed successfully the event,but today I went to see my new ribbon but I didn't get it!
What can I do?

The people at Z8 wish to congratulate all those who participated in the Clan tournament for March of the Ghosts II!
It was a month-long battle to the top!

Hopefully they will announce the top 2 contenders for the final on April 2nd, so stay tuned!

Again congratulations to those who participated and valiant efforts to all.

Lastly, it is known that there may be issues with the database with regards to GM Clan War records or hours for the Silent Soldier event.
The problem is known and will be looked into Monday.

We are currently processing the large amount of clans who participated to determine who the top 2 clans are.

The results and the top 2 clans will be announced April 3rd. We understand this is a day late, but the extra time is required to go through the clans properly!

Thanks for your patience. We will be announcing the top 2 and scheduling the match with them via our support system as per the rules.
