Word of advice

Don't bother with any sort of ego

Build slowly and don't pickup players that are frequently in two week teams,Don't be afraid to tell players you won't pick them up because they are bad.

It saves both of your time and helps people know its time to improve.

used to smoke 3-5g's a day, then i had a panic attack when me and a couple guys were smoking, everything turned white, and my lungs and heart were beating really bad.. now everytime i am in a room where its being smoked il get a panic attack..
