Yeah, it is very annoying.

If someone did that to me purposely (to just mess it up), I will be eager to shot him in head.

The other case is the new or pro players with some strange strategy to mess things up with smoke, or just because they are not good at throwing weapon to cause it bounce back, it would make me think of a vote kick.

Just give me a reason on what your fun is based? Other's pain? Does that sounds like what hackers do?

Yea recently. When GR I tend to rush long A and twice in row I got teamflashed by some chinese who was always behind me and that got me killed. So in next few rounds I followed him and returned the favour.

i really dont understand why you have a flashbang in your bag
at the 1 place
and if you hate flash just buy flash gaurd XD
