Glad someone from our EU version showed Lifeline there's competition over here too
Don't say it like that,Lifeline has deteriorated and is no longer the pinnacle of the na side of the game. -

Z8 is part of the reason that CF-EU isn't allowing UK players and now with ESL gone to CF-EU, we have no where to play. Would be EXTREMLY disappointing if you don't organize us a chance to play in WEM/WCG next year. -

Exactly tbh I think they should just sell their licenece to CF EU. They will accommodate us better I think. The UK servers have been here for a looong time now and they still havent really done anything special for the UK (and EU) player base that play there. Even most of the events that they do are base on american/canadian times so if we want to participate we would either have to skip work/school/what ever else people do. Or stay up till silly oClock in the morning -

It should be noted that neither SGI or G4Box had any say in how the international licenses for Cross Fire are divided. -

But you are responsible for the UK server player base and still do nothing for them really. -

They get the same events and promotions everyone else does. We are not in charge of the countless e-sports leagues out there and their locations and who they want to, or not want to have participate in those leagues.
It's those leagues that determine the players for WCG, not us. If the UK (England) was under represented for Cross Fire (in this case I would say the answer is yes) then you should try to convince the people at WCG to change the way they run qualifiers. I know for a fact many of the players are doing this in the states (based on everything that went on this year).
WCG, and competitive e-sports within Cross Fire exists as a separate entity. No more content is required for competitive play in Cross Fire. Just a server and a league recognized by WCG to pick teams to send to the Grand Finals. If England doesn't have that then there is nothing we here can do about it. -

He doesn't mean that in just a WCG or Competitive gaming sense.
There really aren't many events for UK in general in crossfire, I'm not UK/EU and even I see that. -

The core of the problem, which you are responsible for finding the solution is that we need more UK players. Advertise to UK players, if anyone knows how it's going to be you. Z8 needs to promote the game so people get interested in it. When we get a decent size UK scene, leagues would actually want to pick us up instead of me going around persuading leagues to consider a UK bracket or something. SGI (CF-EU) is working together with ESL. WHY AREN'T YOU DOING THAT? Fixing how ESL Wire works is down to your end as it conflicts with x-trap, this has being said a million times, yet nothing is done. Z8 can speak to leagues like ESL and get a section up for UK if enough players want it.
Here is my thread: http://www.esl.eu/uk/team/5232175/#/uk/forum/292/7576/991091/?page=1
Saidin will you please promote it? Get Z8 involved in bringing UK players together to play competitively? Because at the moment, right now, the UK scene (according to the Cup I hosted last Sunday) is 6 UK teams and 1 draft mix. -

Exactly what this dude said. ^^
For example the Log In event you did where you would win the 7 day M66 for logging in between a certain time - If I remember correctly, UK players had to either log in at 1PM (yeah we would of had to skip work/school/what ever) Or stay up till 1AM in the morning.... I mean did you even think about the uk players?
