It's been said that they may eventually do that.
If they don't ima rage, but I think they will -

I hope they will, i have been spamming delta 9 for like 40 minutes. I want these brazilians outta here and be like CN crossfire where everyone has <70 ping. -

Please! Please! Create a Brazil server in CrossFire U.S!
We do not want another CF! Let's not lose our accounts! We place a lot Z8 points and I love CrossFire U.S.
Too bad. Those of you that hacked and kicked people with low pings (most of you) did this to yourselves.
If you don't want to lose your stuff, stay here. It's very simple. You have to choose between your stuff or a low ping. -
So to clarify:
Will the current Brasilians on NA/UK be allowed to remain on our version? (I hope so as much as they made me hate them)
Will new Brasilians be allowed to sign up to the NA/UK version and play? or will they be restricted?
Yes, for now both sides will be allowed to play either versions. -

I can answer this for you considering I've read every page in this thread:
Yes, the current south americans that have their accounts already made will be allowed to play on our version still.
They haven't said for sure yet whether or not they're be ip restricting new accounts in the future, however saidin kind of hinted that after some content patches for them it may happen. (my guess is yes it will!) -
so sayajin
i cant more play cf (canada/unitate states) in my region ?
obs: i live in brazil
i go lose my all weapons , rank , badges , gp ?
Once again, someone that doesn't know how to read.
Yes you will lose everything if you play in CF LAFinally some good news
But I'm still playing CF/NA-UK, to the scorn of some Anti-Br's
Good luck. You know how BRs always cry "kika mini ping" and then they kick people with low pings?
Well now the tables have turned. The BRs will be the ones being kicked, because they lag. They won't have numbers like they do now. -

Yes, Yes and No.
As mentioned more than a few times in this thread already, we expect that Latin American players will migrate themselves to the SA version over time with new content updates, dedicated servers and a Portuguese team.
Because we own NA/UK and now SA there are currently no plans to implement any hard IP restrictions between our licenses. If this changes in the future, you can be sure that there will be plenty of notice. -

So pretty much what I said :P -

Well lets hope they will be mandatory separate versions sooner or later, I (we all) have put up with them too long and if they disappeared today it wouldn't be too soon.
I think we can all deal with the current Brasilian hackers then as we know in about a year they'll all be gone. -

Ok Gunman, this is getting a little out of hand. Your position has been made known.
You will NOT lose items on your NA account. Your NA account will remain intact, however the SA version of CF is a completely new version of the game with new characters and accounts.
However with better latency and what will sure to be large content updates and a dedicated Portuguese team, players in Latin America will make the switch.
