False. I am in better shape than you'll ever be. Ive been going to gym for 3 years, to your 3weeks, Going to they gym isnt' like videogames, where you can lie online that you know everything there is to know. Its obvious who has experience, not once have i ever mentioned online that i work out, you on the other hand mention it every 2nd post, your a joke, you dont know sht, skinny phony white kids walk into the gym and lift a dumbell for 5mins and strut out after. Just another limes, you're just another.
I get what you get in 3 years, in 3 weeks. Sorry -

eh he's more like at the 280-300 lbs bench press while he weighs 140ish but he likes to do free weight dumbbell presses with 100 lbs and do drop sets more often. he doesn't like using machines that much -
So I start talking about bodybuilding on these forums. I talked with control when he made a thread, I posted a few of my modified routines, I posted a few articles... and now, we have people like MyAWM telling me I have absolutely no clue and he is 6'4 170 pounds and that he knows everything there is to know.

there are people like myself who have heavy bone mass but he is in 155-60ish range. -

Doesn't matter how long the workout is, It's how many exercises that you do and how hard you push yourself during those last reps. For example, when doing concentration curls I do longer negatives during my last few reps to get that extra burn. You don't have a general understanding of this topic, MyAWM. -

I have enough understand to have lost 30 lbs in 2 months working out only twice a week and gaining 10 lbs of muscle approximately. my routines work for me and i highly doubt lifting weights for 30 minutes gets you any bigger. Ya i push myself too within an hour and a half to the point that i feel sick. that's a true workout. not some lousy 30 minute workout where you think your muscles are tired -

sorry, but why are you trying to act as if you're remotely a good player? last time you told me you were a player because you played with good teams like vital dxe (when i was still in it) which you obviously didn't and you tried to claim you got so much better even though you were still completely oblivious about how this game works.
oh well, i guess blatant fools never learn.
