it's all personal preference in eq sound settings, as no certain sound settings will change the mechanics of breath ( fixed distance breath activates).
anyways i tried this eq setting all i could say is it makes foot steps a lot louder it's quite annoying, but using it with the map is really good stuff. -

As I told SLM, there are different types and it doesn't depend by itself. Sound card/Sound Settings .
We're not interested in seeing you pinpoint normally, we want to see you pinpointing across map with your settings. -

First of all.. if you don't know what an EQ Sound Settings looks like, it looks like this:

It would be a better sound if you have any type of X-Fi(soundcard) .
Second, just to tell you this game does NOT support surround sound,
1) So first just set your settings to headphones mode.
2) Turn off EAX effects and turn off CMSS 3D and 3D headphone. As it won't do you any good with 2D miles audio(which is the system crossfire uses). It's best not to have. You are free to try it, as everyone has different ears. Maybe you'll like CMS 3D-Headphone mode in stereo only games...
If you are done these two steps, try it first in game. And if it's not any better than your older settings, I guess you have to do more things with your settings:
1) Un-select "Synchronize with Control Panel"
2) Set the windows speakers configuration to 5.1(Optional)
Once you've done that, practice tweaking the mixer settings. I prefer lowering the amount of bass frequencies and raising the highs as lots of bass tends to drown out footsteps.
3) If you got Realtek installed, go to the Playback Sound --> Right click --> Properties --> Enhancements --> Check Environment:Setting=Living Room --> Check Loudness Equalization.

I have an IDT HD sound. It is decend, but it has few settings. Can I uninstall this one and then install realtek sound? o_o -

I've never heard of that sound system, but try to find it in your Program Files and Uninstall? Or search it.

Also, you can see me spinning in some parts. That was one of the problem, people thought of me " A*mbotting " cuz of the replay in the GM Drafts(1-2 months ago). Now that you know, that's why it seems like it.

Views no matter, replies I don't need them. Plus I don't care if there's no any feedback in this thread. I get them in game instead, which those people are having fun with it, they say. Some of them say they suck with it, but when it gets to more game plays they got a lot better.
Nice try? Maybe because you haven't tried this evenly or your Headphones/Sound card just don't match up well with these settings. If you have nothing else nice to say but those " words " you've put. Just back off the thread and mind with your own EQ sound settings, if "nothing" helps you at all or even a tiny difference.

Lol thankyou... Sound settings will not increase breath so that you can hear through-out the map explaning that this is your "Cover" and Why don't you make a viddeo going lets say 81-4 or somthing in a pub? Frap it or growler it... If you could give this evidence People will think twice about you.
Chrome uses dr.dre Beats and HE SUCKS at PP... All he does is spray and his game sense is amazing. So thats how he "Pinpoints" I've tested his sound distance and its a shorter sound rep than rakesh's sound... And rakesh's headphones cost 3$ W/O sale... So it explains that Drs are not even close to the best headphones for breath. Again like slm said Nice try. Sorry dude but your cover didn't work.

How do you manage to use breath bug? O.o
When I have this bug, I hear a very loud breath in every directions and the only thing I can do is to run away from that place hoping not to meet ghosts. ._.

I've gotten it for a long time, since I played GM. So I manage to "master" it if you can believe that enough. I honestly sucked, when I haven't.As anyone can see... Your distance is normal... when your making a video = =...

That's what people were saying as "across map". If you are still skeptical about it, cuz I play differently without any recording. That actually means I can play better without any record(If I record it lowers down my FPS). Plus it's not my PC. Not making any BS excuses. Anyone here in GM Community knows I have a bad FPS, evenly spectating me in games(not even a smooth game play).
Also, just get the fact I don't spray like you... and those others. You can't PP that well, once you get to hear the Breathe you just spray there and you luckily get a HS sometimes. If I am wrong, then correct me. -

Whatyu talkin' 'bout..? There were some pretty far shots on there.. I don't know if it was because they flashed or not but they were decently far and if they had breath down then... it's too far for most people too hear.

That breath bug wasn't a breath bug, You heard him when you were standing in the entrance, then you ran backwards to make it seem like you PP'd further away. And you talk about spray, thats all you do in the whole video. -

Not. If you don't believe enough, then go watch the other one. Which is not that edited that much. Better not talk yet, before you haven't seen the other. Plus look at your 'old' video which you were better, look at the comparisons between our videos. gg. You sprayed more than I did TBH. The "texts" messed up so you could've thought it's in the right place.
Anyways just get your facts straight, I know you wouldn't admit anything about it. -
why do people want every little advantage they can possibly get? This should be viewed as cheating imo, you're changing how you see (or in this case hear) the game to your advantage. I can still probably beat you 1v1, even with your advantage. And yes that is a challenge.

Beat Dre btway might be best for music..But svck ass for GM. Im using a Studio one myself. Its good cuz it make the ak spray sound softer but deffinitely not the best for GM. Another ns try
beats arn't even that good for music, i much rather spend 400 bucks on bose then that over price piece of ....thing
all you rich ass ppl with sound cards.......makes no difference imo, any headphones with the volume turned up works for me, and probably for anybody whos a half decent pp
and whats this bs about spray. if i have a silenced gun, i hear u and i "spray" in that direction and get a kill, thats a god damn kill. -

I've been playing since 2009 so he can't be much more experienced than I am. -
For one, dont boast about your skills on the forums. For two I'd suggest you look into who your supposedly saying you could beat. And for three you might want to check in on your ego a bit. Let it go, no need for this to go any farther than it already has. Alright You say you mastered it and that you don't spray like me right? You cannot pick a ghost in less then a second without figuring out where they are.. by checking both left and right of the breath.. Thats why i spray It speeds up the fact that i dont need to listen to both sides of the headphones. You on the other hand just Look at the ghost and shoot there im pinpointing.. Thats not pinpointing thats just lookin at the ghost and shooting. No one in this world how big the breath is can pp under .1 second w.o spray or anything. You need to figure where the ghost is , the breath is to identify where the ghost is in a broad area and then you need to listen harder to hear EXACTLY where he is. Dude, did you see the ghostS? they weren't even bhoping.. THEY WERE CROUCHED AND STANDING STILL and then again could be having no bdown. Therefore anyone could pull this off. Fringe you shouldn't be talking your self neither should i but you ego to everyone does.. Its a human thing so stop crying about it. Hes just mad for the reasons CJ gave. Nothing more. Nothing less.
