Since I started playing this game I was searching about tips to improve my ping
and Finally I found It I tried some tip in old thread amd worked !
my ping was 130 and after trying this
my ping became 45 !!! and after doing low priority for cf in task manager it became 42 not far from 45
Finally thank you dCodeee ur advice helped me in that thread :

I use Windows 7 Ultimate and my connection is very normal dsl (low speed) !!

Stop getting credit? My solution works perfectly (well its not mine but it helps people)
WINDOWS 7
* Open regedit
* Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile
* There will be an entry for network performance throttling, default value is 10; set it to FFFFFFFF hex (willl look like 0xFFFFFFFF to the right of the entry)
* Reboot
