My understanding on how the crates work.

Or they have a order lets say a 1 is a winning crate

Pre made order, and it resets everyday. Now thats a theory
While that would theoretically make sense, say you throw on a variable, a server crash, if the server crash reset the order after 3 people on in a row would another 2 people win immediately? -

No. it clocks where it left off by time, at lets say 1:00 Am it auto reset's. I counted for 2 days, no doubt at 3:21 some 1 won the same gun -

So according to your logic.
At the exact same time.
Of everyday.
Someone will win the same gun. -

it's a possibility. but don't assume on my half of a theory until there is a bit of truth behind 1. What I know for sure is that the guns are NOT picked while you spin. -
wait minute.... Code is ON your PC That's why i don't lag when I open it, Only if my PC is running slow
C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire\rez\UI\Scripts\GachaShop^.^
Bah, if it wasn't borderline automatic jailtime I'd crack it open. -
Winning crate or not is decided the second you click spin.
Your friends will notice that you win before you do.
True random obviously doesn't exist, but to a human, its easy to simulate by taking the smallest time value and such.
And no, that does not mean you only win on specific times. -

It honestly seems like my theory would be the closest thing to true randomness you could achieve using a computer, it is the same method casinos use to determine slot winnings on digital slot machines. -

I have 1,500 ping WHICH MEANS it would take LONGER to "see" my items. It has to do with picking your code when you buy
We'll never knoooow.
Wait what no, nonsense.
When you buy a crate doesn't matter, at least not in the sense that you can buy it at the right time for a greater chance of winning.
When its decided whether or not you should win the gun is kind of unclear. Everything you see can be predetermined long in advance or the millisecond you see it.
Debating it is fun but will never be more than theories. -
then how else? it has nothing to do with codes picked when you spin. its about buying a code at the right time.
If the script is in your own files then when you open the crate it is a 99% chance that the crate system uses the file in your folder to determine what you win. and then just sends the fact that you won whatever it was to the server while the pretty wheel spins in circles. -
Then why others see ur winning before u even spin?
The only thing we know for sure is that winning isn't decided when you SEE the items, it happens before that. We don't know when. -

This is what I've always thought.
The client could send a message a bit too soon to the server, to announce that this person won.

Euh scuze me but it's when you click to spin.
How do I know? Back in 2009 when I was spining my first ever crates me and my bro were playing on laptops, he was sitted next to me. He went to the bathroom and recieved a pm.
At that time I was spinning my crates and answering his pms.
I saw my name appear on his screen when I clicked.
That was the old system but I think the wheel is totally independant and useless, it only delays the time when you'll see what you've won. -

We still don't know when the crate decides that its a winner.
We just know that the client sends the win-message earlier than you see the items, to the server. -
I don't know about that "shoe box full of green candy" theory!!!
But if there are chances that change from a Crate to another I think they would have been known by know

I didn't say how long I will have the 1,500 ping. I'm currently living in a "Northern hick rundown ducktape lovers paradise in the woods" and the cable company is getting fiber optic down here in there next 3-4 month's, so why do I care? Cause 1. I like playing 2. Theres enough laggers already so why should I care? 3. cause I can and there is no rule against it.
