HEY z8gamees i sent in a ticket an hour ago and ddnt get a reply,

i got the mp5 adv by accident when i was trying to get the m4 crystal, i now have 75 coupons (5 short) and i sent in the ticket i had 70 now, (i have 5 more cause i bought some crates) But now i needd those 10 coupons back from the mp5 adv so i can get the crystal m4 before m4 week is over HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP

It will take much longer than one hour to get a reply. They will respond to your ticket in time however people who sent in tickets before you get dealt with first.

Also keep in mind you can only get a coupon refund for a gun you did not mean to buy once for the account.

curious on how it was accidental when the mps adv is not even located close to m4 crystal.

and @ the other dude that posted, i never knew it was highlighted on the mp5 adv and i scrolled down to the m4 crystal, and hit exchange not realizing i never clicked the button, >.< nooblet mistake indeed
