Close to that, but I think for the base it should be darker as noted. Then work up with the lighter tones to the highlights.

Its ZM month is all, normally I do GM events more than anything.

Hmm.. Idk really. Being a useless and annoying idiot helps.
Depends on the job tho. And the people you work with.
This place is maybe a bit too casual in many ways so i'm just being my normal self. And that annoys my younger co-worker a bit i guess.

I work for a print shop, a big 1 too.Basically I make the printing plates for the presses we have .No me=no printing ^^.But I been here 18 days in a row with no time off so I'm running on fumes at this point.Only problem here is they expect you to give up your life if something has to be printed.18 days withj no day off says it all.

I had many 14-16 day rows this year. Then one day off and a new 14 days. A guy that worked here 30+ years retired. So we were a bit short handed for a few months.
Fun times. Now we are closed on sundays. So that's one day off every week at least. Still not used to so much free time.
Anyways. I'll go home now. He really wants me out of here now (a couple of girls he knows came for a "coffee") Or something like that.

The guy who trained me just retired in march at the age of 85 ^^.Dont plan on being here myself when i'm 85.Lol have fun
