Gonna suggest Event mode related ribbons:
Boss Battle Massacre: You have won 100 Boss Battle games
Big Head Bump: You have killed 300 players during the Big Head Rage buff
Throw another Hammer: You have gathered 50000 points in Knockout Hammer Mode
Steal all the Cases!: You have captured 300 cases in Cops & Robbers mode
Soldiers always live: You have escaped 10 times in Mutant Escape Mode -
Mode suggestions (and realistic ones):
Flock Assault: Steal over 1111 Sheep in Sheep Mode
Police Brutality!: Kill 234 Thieves in Cops & Robbers Mode
Combo Breaker!: Have over 123 Maximum Combo in Boss Mode
Achievement Master: Have a total of 80 Achievements
Escape with Kane!: Have over 100 games in Team Escape Mode -
Another round of Mode related ribbons!:
Cash in! - Obtained 500 Coin Collections in Coin Mode
Dash in, Spawn out - You have escaped 5000 times in Escape Mode
Mutation Mastermind - You have played over 3000 games in all Mutation Modes (Includes Hero Mode, Hero Mode X, Hero Mode Parasite, Mutant Escape, Mutants vs Knights and Mutants vs Ghosts) -
There is a ribbon for 5 permanent shotguns. Also we can get ribbons for x permanent snipers, rifles, pistols, melees.
Also a ribbon for archievements: for example 10 archievement goals, or 20 or 30.
A ribbon for reporting hacker in game report system that results ban the hacker. X true reports = fingerman ribbon
a ribbon for ranked match = at least 1 season play and get some price (honor reward, win reward, bomb)
There is a ribbon for only spop, maybe for other chars (10 zp chars owner) -

I think it would be a big step if you just move the ribbons published in CFBR here. I know that normally it is forbidden to talk about different CF versions. However, the publisher of both CF versions is the same platform(z8games).
There are ribbons released specifically for event modes. Moving them here and adding ribbons in other event modes will be a very effective step to keep the game alive.
Some examples from CFBR
Big head mode! - 1500 Kill
Maze mode! - Survive 2000 times.
Rifle week! - You earned the reward during rifle week.
Requirements can be changed or you can add for coin, boss battle, knock out, cops mode!

In the end, the game is a shooter but all the ribbons focused on other modes we need to grind the main thing like S&D FFA TDM and please make the ranked count to make the game alive again in EU and mena make it playable and focused on shooting in the first place,

Soviet Power Supreme: have at least 3 Soviet at origin weapons (like AK, SPAS, Dragunov).
Demolitions man: have at least 1000 grenade kills.
Psycho killer: have at least 1000 knife kills.
For the cause: die at least 100 times from exploding bomb (while defusing or guarding).
Cybernetic eye: at least 33% of your kills are head shots.
Desolater: have at least 5000 kills and 50 friendly kills.
Assimilator: infect/mutate at least 500 soldiers.
Subspace anomaly: die at least 25 times from falling off the map (happens ofter enough).
ACE of Spades: win at least 50 FFAs (there's absolutely no bonus for won FFAs anyway).
Team player: have a 1.5+ win/lose ratio.
Prison breaker: win the 'escape' title at least 50 times.
+1 for pride warrior but name it "Pride of the Army".
+1 for gold and silver weapons combined and name them 'Not the poor man's choice'
