didn't know what spamming means

Dear GM saiden,

First of all apoligize for my English mistakes. The second thing is, When I saw you can get a ribbon for 25 posts. I discovered how to make a post. After I knew it I made al the time a post until the 25.
But then...
when I finally get 25 posts I got a ribbon. after I get is I went to the forom ( in my other account by the way) and saw I will be banned because of spamming.
First what I did was finding out what spamming exactly means. and I guess I discovered it means that you posts a lot post in a shot time.
I didn't know how to make a post how I should know what spamming means? So please would you unban my other account (called: Ownkeiszer)
Could somebody explain me what spamming means?!

And I have a new question about the ribbons. I made this account after I could have the chance to get 4 ribbons:
sniper week reward.
christmas comes once a year
mery christmas
I heart CF

(I also working hard to get a hero ribbon)
But is there any way to get them. Other quest to get them or repeat one more time?
