I think they just put it @ 25 so they would not have to have the mods and GMs no life'n the fourms look'n for spamers and trolls. add report post button much? add report player in-game button much? things that let the community do some of the work for you cut down on cost as well as time and help to give everyone some kind of voice.
I was hoping Z8 was going to add the report in-game option with this patch and as per 90% of the time i was let down again. do you have any idea how stupid the new web report a hacker fourm is? they limited it to 1 player per report and you can NOT use the same replay... real smooth... then add the time to fill out the fourms, upload the file, re-name the file, re-fill out the fourms for the other players in the replays, re-upload the replays for the other hack.ers in the replay. bottom line is that its more time consuming and most people will not report someone unless they have all the time in the world or the player is of a high rank account.
I used to report every hack.er but I stoped since they just make new ones and with-in an hour they are back to the old rank they had. so now im to the point where im only reporting ones that "call out to me" if you will or just have a high rank.
Also I love the fact that the only xmas gun that shows up in players weapons list is the m4a1 x-mas from 09......
yes the game has a lot of problems but the more times we talk about them, the more likey Z8 is to actully do something or yell @ smilegate to wake up out of that lazy Dev coma... -

I spammed the Patch Info and Patch Problems-Threads. Now, after i got my Ribbon, i promised not to spam again. Bad thing i can't remove my posts so i wouldn't have spammed that much. 150 of my 250 posts are spam. Luckily i didn't get banned so far, and i ope i won't get banned by now.

I was young, i was dumb, now i got my Ribbon and i grew up...
