So if you had 250 must to make 25 = 275 to get the ribbon
or if you have 250 dont must to do it (sorry for my english )

The weapon is permanent, even if you loose ribbons like Millitary intelligance or Cluth Killer. Once you win it you have it.

Missions of the week change every day but we are in a periode when one of the missions comes the same every day so now it's 6 win in Black Window SnD.
