Cross Fire Ribbons and Commendations!
Today marks a new day for your Cross Fire character profile! Today we are proud to introduce Cross Fire Ribbons. A way to display your participation and achievements within the game!
Commendations are awarded to players accounts in the form of Ribbons and will be given when the player meets a certain requirement, for example having a certain item, playing in a certain game winning an event etc.
Ribbons are displayed on your Profile Page on the Clan Page of the Cross Fire website. They are bands of color in the style of military achievements (with some fun liberties taken by us of course!). To see what the achievement name is, simply roll your mouse over the Ribbon. Additionally you can click the Ribbons which takes you to the Ribbon Guide Page which shows more details.

Initially we have released 10 + 1 bonus Ribbon, more will be released in the future. Over time, Ribbons have the potential to unlock things for your account. Special sales in the mall, Features on our Community Forums and maybe even win you free and permanent items! Some Ribbons will be fun, some will be serious, some are going to be easy to get and some are going to be one-time exclusive ribbons!

Ribbons are going to be more than just the badge reward system. They will let you show off your community participation in more ways than just "get 50 kills".
The Ribbon system presents some further loading times for the Clan Page. Your first time viewing ribbons may take 20-30 seconds to show up. After you have loaded your ribbons you should see them faster.
New Ribbons will be updated as you achieve them and will be displayed on your profile page when the clan page updates (usually once per day). Don't panic if you don't see your ribbons right away!
Ribbon Rewards will be added to the account when the player goes to the page and loads the "winning" ribbon. For example, if you collect 10 ribbons and go to your Profile Page, the 11th Ribbon will be awarded. When it's awarded it will show up on your profile the next day!
Further awards and prizes will be coming, and they will be displayed on the guide page.
So go check out your Clan Profile and see how many ribbons YOU have!

Let the page load, there's gonna be a ton of people checking these things out, and the system at the start is likely going to need some tweaking as far as efficiency.
The ribbons should work fine (for the RF ones).
And if it isn't obvious enough, these initial ones are not meant to be difficult to achieve if you've been playing and active in the game for a long time.
There will be plenty of Ribbons to achieve over time. And while we might release an easy one, there will also be one-time exclusive ribbons where if you missed it they may never be available again! -

Because they have to bother do useful things: Nerfing M12, Correcting Spade lag, Nerfing SL, Nerfing Thompson, and allready kill that bug wich is tossing people out of the room while they try to join the game. But they don't. Instead, they make all those little markiting moves, just to get more people. And M12 wasn't nerfed because the same exact reason. They want more people. More money. And who cares if the game is broken.
Well, at least they succeed at what they're doin'. GG.
It should also be noted that we are not the developers of the game. It should also be noted that even if we were developers. A developer would not have all 5319 employees shooting m12's at each other determine the fate the balance. IE companies work on multiple projects at once.
We here, are able to create a system like this for you, without the need to patch the game. It's also one of the reasons why its on the website. Which is ours and not the developers.
Lets try to keep the flames on something to a minimum. You're position is known, if you don't like it don't participate. -
