well it doesnt work for me and im on firefox i made sure to put exceptions and deleted cookies cant get to redeem page -

goodluck on fixing the problem....Even if i don't receive the gun, its the thought that counts. I hope every1 else would feel the same way. -
If it helps anyone, I connected with my Facebook, it worked fine, I redeemed the pistol (I got a "you already redeemed the gun, etc." message but I tested and I got it).
Then, for my brother CF account, I tried to log in on HIS facebook account (I did it on the same computer) and it did the same error a lot of people is experiencing.
We both weren't fans of CF, I did the exact same procedure, it worked fine for me but not for him. I finally had to redeem the pistol for him with MY facebook account (and it worked fine for my alt too).
So working for a facebook account, but not for another one, maybe a facebook problem ? -

If you didn`t want to hold back on anyone then why did you rush this event?
Clearly there were bugs with MANY people and now your trying to work on the problem?
Don`t rush these types of event. Especially if your going to be getting A LOT of downloads/ giving away free stuff. -

CrossFire's problem,if it was a FaceBook problem Crossfire would had to post here it was Facebook's problem... -

He cant's he is fixing the problem with devs and a lot of ppl more...
obviously they are breaking their brains to fix the problem...
Oh guys see the positive side...

Thats my point. Don`t rush patches/ events when you know there will be SOME type of bugs. Now HALF the people wanting a nice free pistol have to wait for who knows how long until they finally create a solution. This should of been resolved BEFORE the event was announced. -
This wasn't rushed. It has worked for all our tests.
There may be something with Facebook privacy or application settings that we're not aware of that we need to make sure everyone else is aware of.
For example, the person who claimed their gun and his brother who couldn't.
