Report's

1. Work like this :
- to report cheaters : you can use in game option -> report / OR / savegame and send a hack report ticket where to attach savegame .cfr
- to report swearing , insulting ..etc in chat : take a game print screen ( press PrtScn key -> game save a .bmp image in My Documentsd \ Cross Fire ) , add the image to a zip archive, login website and send a violation report ticket, attach the archive
Note: image saved by using other programs or mobile phone, OR alterated images ( crop, cut, edit, etc ) are not accepted as valid proofs.
After you send the report - you did your job, from there is support job to investigate reported problems, tickets are solved in same order as received SO it can take a while until your ticket reach first line to be solved.

2. For discord : send me a dm ( discord : theshadowro ) so i can check your status on cfwest discord.

Of course you can, but you need to send "add friends" request first in case we don't share any discord server.

Since you copy-paste same thing as on private message - i will give the answer here : 

If other player are cheating or using bad words doesn't means is allowed, just report them using in game report option ( for obvious cheaters ) or save game and send a support hack report for other violation type as macro, idle bots or game throwing / griefing in a ranked game.

Only support solve tickets, and each ticket is solved in same order are received - i can only imagine are lots of tickets each day therefore a specific report you send today will take some time until is reviewed.

And mod's only moderate forum and discord, don't have any powers in game, in case we spot a cheater we report him the same way as any other player.
