To be honest, I really don't want to start a topic here but I have no choice. As it is known that there is a technical issue verifying the yahoo email. I have sent 3 tickets to the account administration department. The first two I tried put in as much information as I can, and I got response like "we need more sufficient information". The third time, which I did last night. I explained why I couldn't provide some information correctly because my account was created 8 years ago and I DON'T REMEMBER! Luckily I have the purchase history. I provided the payment information along with the screenshot just in case I misspelled anything. Then I got the response again: "You need to provide us with sufficient correct information". Does the customer support actually read the notes? I feel like they just check the data and if any of them doesn't match the system, they will just send you a NO.

Same problem here, can provide all the proof in the world in the message explanation box and they don't care.

Same problem here. I lost access to the email account the sent two tickets. I include as much information as possible but I got the same copy-paste response!!

Support is extremely unhelpful. There are many ways I can prove the ownership but how can you expect me to remember account creation date and security QA for an account I registered in 2012??

I understand, but SUPPORT team doesn't help! You can't even communicate. I just wanted to see how many people have encountered the same issue as I do. Hopefully someone from Z8 read this and at least provide some feasible solutions.

I just submitted another ticket. Same response. Sounds like a robot.

if you have yahoo you just need to wait longer but it will come to you I have been waiting for 5 days until I get the link

I got the verification email too! He is right it takes longer for the link to come through yahoo email. As u can see from the screenshot it took 6 days for the email to arrive. Fortunately i change my email through support to Gmail and verifyed my account in seconds...
