Email Email Email!!!

To be honest, I really don't want to start a topic here but I have no choice. As it is known that there is a technical issue verifying the yahoo email. I have sent 3 tickets to the account administration department. The first two I tried put in as much information as I can, and I got response like "we need more sufficient information". The third time, which I did last night. I explained why I couldn't provide some information correctly because my account was created 8 years ago and I DON'T REMEMBER! Luckily I have the purchase history. I provided the payment information along with the screenshot just in case I misspelled anything. Then I got the response again: "You need to provide us with sufficient correct information". Does the customer support actually read the notes? I feel like they just check the data and if any of them doesn't match the system, they will just send you a NO.
