The CrossFire Web Mall has been permanently closed on December 16, 2014. The Reset Kills/Deaths and Wins/Losses items are currently unavailable to purchase in-game. If you owned any of those items at the time of the Web Mall closure, you were refunded the equivalent amount of BP and ZP you used to purchase them.

this not a solve for my problem i lost my things and i didn't get any thing after web mall closed so some one from support group makesure if this things was with me after 2.0 update website he 'll see that i was have 2 things RESET KILLS/DEATHS also WIN/LOSS & HONOR RESET and i did not get zp or bp like cf siad so ineed some one help me in this issue
