The CrossFire Web Mall has been permanently closed on December 16, 2014. The Reset Kills/Deaths and Wins/Losses items are currently unavailable to purchase in-game. If you owned any of those items at the time of the Web Mall closure, you were refunded the equivalent amount of BP and ZP you used to purchase them.

this not a solve for my problem i lost my things and i didn't get any thing after web mall closed so some one from support group makesure if this things was with me after 2.0 update website he 'll see that i was have 2 things RESET KILLS/DEATHS also WIN/LOSS & HONOR RESET and i did not get zp or bp like cf siad so ineed some one help me in this issue

If I remember correctly, they gave 'rewards' when they closed the Web Mall. The rewards depended on the # of BP you had. Also, I don't think the forum can't help you much with this.

And why are you worried about it now? The web mall was closed 2 years ago, and you're just sending a ticket about it right now?

becouse i just remeber it and i was out for this time i just open my acc every 3 months or more so this not our case but i need help i pay to buy this 2 things i need it now couse its my staff wbu i take 50k zp from crossfire and i don't pay for it and they come after 2 years say the same thing with me i'll pay for them couse this is right buddy
