Then yes, this is a error on the game side. The GMs are already aware of this problem and are working on a fix.

They're working on it, as it seems, support tickets are always helpful.

my c.f is working now, turns out my dad had changed some settings in the router due to which cf wasn't connecting nor were my wtsaap calls or imo. so yesterday I just reset the router and viola everything works! sorry I didn't get time to inform yesterday was busy with alot of work. so if anyone else encountering this sorta problem..just reset your router and try it!

GMs are aware and are working on fixing the issue. I think you may be able to get your ZP back, but not your money spent to buy the ZP. You'll have to send a support ticket, though to see if they will 0.0
