Did you run CF as Admin?Did you add CrossFire to the exception list of your anti-virus and firewall?
2-yeshhh, Actually its alrdy in exception cuz I allowed all the aspects of cf and yet again I double checked if smthng got wrong, but no every cf file is allowed, infact I even completely turned off my anti-virus and checked running cf , yet the same thing.
Also I forgot to mention,I was not able to use z8 website properly either, it kept saying connection reset by peer i.e equivalent of slamming the phone back on the hook by the server..Well thnx ._. (also yes I copy pasted this from google cuz i didnt know what connection reset by peer meant, but now that i do..! Well thnx z8 ._.) -

Have you tried to restart your Internet Router? -

Then yes, this is a error on the game side. The GMs are already aware of this problem and are working on a fix. -

yep, not once but many times.
I gave up on the support center, they don't even read what we write. not interested to initiate with such disrespectful staff. i'd rather wait it out and if it still wont be fixed then its high time to quit c.f if not forever then for a while. tbh if I wasnt playing this game since so long and I didn't have an emotional connection with it, I would have left it long back.

What about background programs? Close as many as you can or don't need. Then start CF again as Admin. -

Have you tried to run CrossFire as Admin?
Have you tried to add CrossFire to your anti-virus and firewall exception list?
What about closing any programs that you don't need in the background? -

[size=+2]I've encountered this problem for only one time and then it was okaay , try running it as an administrator and keep every program in the background closed as abel said , if that didn't work for you , just download it again and reinstall it may work then , and don't waste your time with the useless tickets btw [/size] -
HGW is responsible for blocking players' account should it detect any abnormal activities while CF is running, although numerous reports indicate that faulty detection occurs quite often. If an abnormal activity is detected, HGW will give out "Hack tool has been detected" messenger and close the game. The first few times it'd just be a warning, but if the same account continues to get this error, they will eventually be blocked for 1 hour, 3 hour, 7 hour then up to 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and finally 30 days. All publishers will not accept any dispute against thse autoblock and players only have one choice, which is waiting for the blocking time to expire in order to play again.
this got posted by crossfirewiki. Rework your anti hack.it doesn't let me since 1 week play the game. I spent lot of money in here so do your job. -
