Try changing servers or even restarting CrossFire. That should solve it!
No, this has been a occurring problem since the new login weapons were added. If you try to open them again, the box disappears and you don't get anything. it's something that should of been fixed already... -

Well... it's very strange since this doesn't happen to me at all. That's why I suggested to change servers or even restart the game.
