cant enter crossfire.

Hey guys when i type my id and pass i get a message saying this :

, does any one knows how to fix it ? and when i open the launcher it says i dont have connection , and my firewall public network is not connected , how to connect it and fix this problem?

Try adding CrossFire to you Firewall exception list. Hopefully, that will fix the problem.

Your game is loading excessively slow. This error happens when you idle at the login screen for more than 30-40 seconds.

well i wasnt afk , when the game started i got that problem , but the first picture comes more than the second.

cant enter crossfire.
