cant enter crossfire.

Hey guys when i type my id and pass i get a message saying this : , does any one knows how to fix it ? and when i open the launcher it says i dont have connection , and my firewall public network is not connected , how to connect it and fix this problem?

Try adding CrossFire to you Firewall exception list. Hopefully, that will fix the problem.

already did that but didnt help.

well i wasnt afk , when the game started i got that problem , but the first picture comes more than the second.
