Name Change Doesn't Work

I've recently bought a name change and when I try to use it it says "you do not have this item" I don't know what's wrong and I would like this to be resolved because I feel like I wasted ZP. I don't know if the name was already taken or anything or if I'm not allowed to use - but I've tried multiple names and none of them seem to work
