Name Change Doesn't Work

I've recently bought a name change and when I try to use it it says "you do not have this item" I don't know what's wrong and I would like this to be resolved because I feel like I wasted ZP. I don't know if the name was already taken or anything or if I'm not allowed to use - but I've tried multiple names and none of them seem to work

Try to use another Browser.
Have a look, if you already bought that Item then.
If you did, and arnt able to change it there aswell, contact the Support.
They can solve that issue quick for you
If you didnt.. just rebuy it^^

Hmm it seems after a few tries that the . isn't acceptable which annoys me due to the fact that my current ign has . and I would prefer an ign with periods.
