In order to prove account ownership they need to get at least 2 pieces of correct information and the transaction IDs simply help you to verify your ownership in case you don't know some of your account's information. If you get your e-mail and security answer correct that should be more than enough for them to prove the ownership. The transaction IDs give you some aid in order to recover your account if you don't know your e-mail or security answer.

I understand that, but the problem is that the ticket can't be submitted without fulfilling all required spaces (payment methods, S/A spaces and e-mail space). I hope I didnt screw up something but I just put down those payment methods shown in the thread above explaining meaning of all required info.
