I was wondering, how do I submit a ticket when I have never bought ZP? Does not buying ZP mean I can't retrieve my account?

    I understand that, but the problem is that the ticket can't be submitted without fulfilling all required spaces (payment methods, S/A spaces and e-mail space). I hope I didnt screw up something but I just put down those payment methods shown in the thread above explaining meaning of all required info.
