Unresponsive support ticket
I sended a support ticket to change my ign. They told me to purchase a name change and change my current ign to a random ign. So I did and I responded back, saying I'm done or whatever. After that, they haven't responded me back. 1 week and 3 days passed and I'm losing patience. Am I supposed to start over and start a new ticket? << ( I want to hear this answer from a CF moderator or staff.)

u can change the name yourself by using that tiket login and go watch my items then press use and u can change ing name GlI sended a support ticket to change my ign. I appreciate you trying to help but that's a different topic I'm talking about. You can actually change your ign to a used one that already existed. You gotta make sure the used ign hasn't been played over 2 years so you need to submit a ticket requesting to change into that used ign. They will tell you to purchase a name change and change into a random ign. Then after you submit saying you're done, they will change your ign to that ign you were requesting.
I completed all that but Z8games still hasn't change my ign to the used ign I requested for over a week. I did this process for like 3 times over the past year and I never had an issue like this.
