Unresponsive support ticket

I sended a support ticket to change my ign. They told me to purchase a name change and change my current ign to a random ign. So I did and I responded back, saying I'm done or whatever. After that, they haven't responded me back. 1 week and 3 days passed and I'm losing patience. Am I supposed to start over and start a new ticket? << ( I want to hear this answer from a CF moderator or staff.)

u can change the name yourself by using that tiket login and go watch my items then press use and u can change ing name Gl

I appreciate you trying to help but that's a different topic I'm talking about. You can actually change your ign to a used one that already existed. You gotta make sure the used ign hasn't been played over 2 years so you need to submit a ticket requesting to change into that used ign. They will tell you to purchase a name change and change into a random ign. Then after you submit saying you're done, they will change your ign to that ign you were requesting.
I completed all that but Z8games still hasn't change my ign to the used ign I requested for over a week. I did this process for like 3 times over the past year and I never had an issue like this.

Please note Support does not work during the weekend. Possibly that they will review your ticket on Monday.
Just gotta have patience.

I did not know that, lol. But sure, I'll wait until next Friday for the name change.

I'm pretty sure they can try to respond within next week. But oh well. Just gotta be patient.
