Unresponsive support ticket

I sended a support ticket to change my ign. They told me to purchase a name change and change my current ign to a random ign. So I did and I responded back, saying I'm done or whatever. After that, they haven't responded me back. 1 week and 3 days passed and I'm losing patience. Am I supposed to start over and start a new ticket? << ( I want to hear this answer from a CF moderator or staff.)
