Multiple Errors & almost crash PC

I went to go play Cross Fire, when all of the sudden I get tempbanned for a "Hack Tool" That I don't have. Once the 4 minute tempban is done, I go back to log on, only for the game to give me a black screen for several minutes when I went to go join a map, and to have my computer stop responding, making me have to forcibly shut down my computer. Upon being turned back on, my Computer tells me that Windows almost crashed. Please tell me if there's a fix to this because I enjoy the game and I also don't want to lose this computer. Thanks!
