Multiple Errors & almost crash PC

I went to go play Cross Fire, when all of the sudden I get tempbanned for a "Hack Tool" That I don't have. Once the 4 minute tempban is done, I go back to log on, only for the game to give me a black screen for several minutes when I went to go join a map, and to have my computer stop responding, making me have to forcibly shut down my computer. Upon being turned back on, my Computer tells me that Windows almost crashed. Please tell me if there's a fix to this because I enjoy the game and I also don't want to lose this computer. Thanks!

Sounds like there's something wrong with your pc. I know CF is screwed up and all... Maybe you should defrag your pc and see if that helps.

Thanks, but, I don't feel like it's my PC I run other games no problem, it's just that Cross Fire started acting up lately..
