If you specify that they're foreign when trying to explain that they're ruining the game, you make the statement that that them being foreign is relevant to why they're ruining the game. In reality, however, whether or not they're foreign is irrelevant. What's relevant is whether they're cheating. There's 0 reason for you to specify that they're foreign, that's why it comes off as xenophobic.
The reason it's relevant is because when you are playing in a room and someone with the name W4SSAD156 joins the game they are 90% of the time a hacker. If this version banned the middle east from registering. Most of the hackers would be gone. -
