Resolution transition issue+Solution to patch wallhack

So, since the ZM patch I've seen the gameplay a little buggy for example.
I am having an issue when any map is starting to load and this sisnt use to happen before so it means theres something wrong... maybe.
this is the issue: before the ZM patch the resolution TRANSITION *NOT MAP LOADING TIME* that occurs when you are start a match and then appear the map splash screen loading used to be really fast.
but now after ZM patch, before this transition occurs the screen goes black for about 5 to 10 secs and then re-appears the map splash screen loading. And the anoying thing about this issue is that it makes me join the match later than before, sometimes i appear like if i was killed and sometimes my team mates already left the the spawn area and i am the last one to spawn.
so please fix it, the resolution i use is 800x600 and as you must kown the lobby runs at this resolution too so theres no to much transition to do.
it used to be really fast for me.

So, i've been thinking in a solution to patch wallhack, this is it:
I think this is a possible solution by just adding some code to the game or whatever the experts do to solve the hacking situation.
the code would consist in restricting bullets to not cross the walls, materials, floors, etc. everything that a bullet is not meant to penetrate in the game. so if a bullet cross through one of this restricted areas, material, X. the player that shot that bullet should be kicked immidiately from the game and detected be xtarp and finally banned FOREVER, PERMANENTLY!
*Im not really sure if there is actually a bullet traveling throught the space in the game* but i'm asumming it exist.
i hope this helps, and please fix the issue and make the game smoother again, i FPS lag a little since the ZM patch and sometime while playing the game get like little freezes like if the game were cosuming to much CPU

A solution to the wall hacks and many other hack(client-side patches depending on what the path consists of will do nothing to stop hacks except slow the makers of hack down a little bit.) is keep as much stuff server-side as possible... meaning you guys obviously do not have any collision detection server-side... thats for wall hacks for all the other hacks like i said remove all the variables possible that do not need to be client-side and all the ones that can't please right server-side checks to make sure they are the correct values.
I may just be a naive beginning programmer(knowing nothing on how crossfire works internal server-side or client. for all I know you may already have a system similar to what i described, it just doesn't seem like it at all.) but it doesnt seem that hard to program said solution. So please if any crossfire staff that can effect these changes, can you work something out.
also i wish there were some sort of way to detect ppl who are extremely laggy and kick them from the game... ik this exists it just needs to be refined its only in extreme cases of high ping that it does.
