True story.This only happens when
A) They lying on top of other already ripe fruit.
They are lying somewhere where it is either too warm or too moist.
C) They are lying near pollinating flowers/plants.
Otherwise it will take up to a week for bananas to go from green to brown.
Also, brown bananas are still good for smoothie making. Full of sugar. -
